Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping to various locations globally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days. (Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.)
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AimReel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
